A Cheesecake Unlike Any Other
“I want to make a cheesecake that no one has ever seen.”
It all started with a simple determination that sent Masamitsu Umoto, founder of Pablo, into his studio for half a year of repeated trials and errors.
The goal was to formulate a perfect recipe that would WOW the crowd.
Following strictly regulated baking methods and oven temperatures, we have successfully created our own unique cheese tarts.
And thus, Pablo’s signature product, the Freshly Baked Cheese Tart, was born!
